A walk in May

A couple of days ago I woke up feeling really anxious, so a walk to a nearby patch of woodland seemed like a good idea to try to calm it. I took photos of the flowers along the route in gardens, then came home and created a double page spread in my journal. I don't normally fill two pages like this, it was a nice exercise to do in terms of helping with my anxiety but also a good challenge artistically.
