Earlier this year, I was given a great opportunity to share some of my mental health illustrations. This was the first time that I'd shared them pubicly as they were only ever created for me to help with how I feel. Having taken the brave step to share my innermost thoughts I was really grateful to get such good feedback from people who really connected with the images. Three thousand people visited the exhibition in just over two months. As a result of this I've decided to create a workbook of these images plus some journaling prompts, and will get it printed in the next few weeks, in the hope that it will inspire others to see how art can help with their inner worlds. #artformentalhealth #mentalhealthawareness #artandanxiety #artjournaling
