Autumn art journaling

I hosted an autumn themed journaling session at my chalet at the end of September. We went to the (very windy) beach to collect some natural items, and note down some thoughts to inspired our hand-stitched journals. The aim of these sessions are to promote engagement with nature and art materials to boost mood an enjoy being in the flow of creativitity alongside others in a quiet mood of socialising.
